County, Maryland. HorizonHelp, a project
of The Horizon Foundation, was initiated to
assist the community at large, as well as local
health, human and social service providers in
finding programs and services to fit their
needs, or the needs of their
constituents.
Searching the database is easy - simply click on the 'Click Here to Find Resources' button on any page to access hundreds of local, regional and national resources. You can search anonymously, or enter your contact information to get a personal response from providers who have enlisted in this service. You can browse a number of services, or search specifically for a service that you had in mind.
